About Thalor

Thalor began as a small woodworking workshop where founder Caleb Foster started building handcrafted pet furniture and custom feeding stations for local pet owners looking for durable alternatives to mass-produced products. What started as small garage-built commissions gradually expanded into a dedicated fabrication studio specializing in premium hardwood pet furnishings and modern interior-integrated animal furniture.

Every Thalor product is individually fabricated using premium hardwoods including walnut, white oak, maple, and ash sourced from regional lumber suppliers and independent mills. Each piece is carefully milled, assembled, sanded, and hand-finished inside our workshop using traditional woodworking techniques combined with modern fabrication equipment.

We intentionally avoid warehouse inventory and large-scale manufacturing. Every order is fabricated after purchase, allowing us to focus entirely on craftsmanship, material quality, and custom fabrication detail. From raw lumber preparation to final finishing and assembly, every piece is built specifically for the customer who commissioned it.
