Final Sale Policy

All Thalor products are custom fabricated specifically for each order and are considered final sale once fabrication preparation begins.

Non-Refundable Deposits

All checkout payments are treated as non-refundable fabrication deposits used immediately for hardwood sourcing, hardware procurement, workshop scheduling, finishing supplies, and production preparation.

Cancellation Window

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once material procurement or fabrication preparation begins, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Additional Conditions

• No returns or exchanges on custom-built pet furniture
• Natural wood grain variation and tonal differences are expected
• Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours
