Made-To-Order Fabrication

All Thalor products are custom fabricated after purchase using raw hardwood materials and hardware sourced specifically for each order. We do not maintain ready-to-ship inventory.

Production Timeline

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, fabrication requires approximately 4 to 8 weeks before shipment. Production schedules may vary depending on workshop scheduling, material sourcing, and finishing cure times.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are generated only after the completed product has been fully packaged and physically collected by the freight carrier from our workshop.

Shipping Conditions

• Large pet furniture items may ship through freight carriers
• Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information
• Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery
• Transit times vary depending on destination
