By purchasing from Thalor, customers acknowledge that all products are custom fabricated specifically after purchase.

Natural Material Characteristics

Wood is a natural material and may contain knots, grain variation, mineral streaks, tonal shifts, and texture inconsistencies. These characteristics contribute to the uniqueness of handcrafted furniture and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Payment Terms

All checkout payments are classified as non-refundable deposits used for raw material procurement and workshop scheduling.

Production Estimates

Estimated fabrication timelines are approximate and may vary depending on workshop workload, finishing cure times, and material sourcing.
